WHAT IF I JUST NEED SOMETHING SMALL DONE?

Not everyone needs a complete engine or car build. We understand this and take in small jobs as time permits. If it is a rush job, please tell us so we can work best with all our clients as every one of you are important to us. 

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Feel free to contact us by telephone, e-mail, or in person. Once we discuss your project, we can make arrancements for transport of the work you need done if necessary. 

 

IS THERE A DAILY LABOR RATE?

Most work is quoted by the job, but there are special circumstances that can arise in unusual cases that require a special hourly or daily rate for labor.  Should such a case occur, you will be notified and approval requested before any such work is done.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Due to the nature of our business, reservations for paint and body work are almost always essential, and thus preferred. Machine work is slightly less so, but if there are deadlines involved, we need to know ASAP, and will strive to work with your schedule.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

Any change desired in the requested work needs to be communicated IMMEDIATELY. Due to the processes involved in our work, and the time and labor involved in it, a change may involve back-tracking or repeated labor, thus incurring expense. Should such a situation arise, we will do our best to work with you on your request, but additional cost may be incurred.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Should you feel the need for 24 hour contact with us, we can provide you with round the clock phone numbers under special circumstances.  Keep in mind, however that we have families too, and our wives do not appreciate phone calls at 3am! 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Most forms of payment are accepted, with cash being preferred. Payment is due at completion, or at time of pick up if within 72 hours. Any completed and notified work left after 72 hours  is subject to storage fees.  Special arrangements regarding payment may or may not be available due to a variey of factors involved.
